Ruby Tuesday in Lancaster

One of the worst visits to RT ever. We typically like to go to RT because of the salad bar and we usually have good service and good food. We did NOT get this during our visit to this location. From where we were sitting we watched 3-4 couples come in separately and wait by the front door for someone to seat them till each of them at different times actually walked to the kitchen to find someone to seat them. We all ordered burgers "medium" and all 5 of them came out overcooked and the fries were not even close to warm. We would have loved to tell our waiter but we did not see him again for 10 minutes after he dropped off our food. Definitely wont be going to this location again.

Great place and food besides over cooking the chicken.

We ordered from grubhub. I had the chicken and biscuits, and my husband had the parmesan shrimp pasta. Both were pretty good. We also ordered the queso. There was barely and in it all! Like a couple spoonfuls. I was really disappointed in that. Definitely won't order that again.

The Service was AWESOME!! Food was done perfect, and timely. The restaurant was very clean. management is AWESOME!

Not great. My sisters food went to another person so the lady said she would redo it and not charge us for it, she asked if we wanted to wait to bring our food out until hers was ready. We waited about 10 minutes, then someone brought out her food. Everyone else’s food didn’t come out and it took about 10 minutes of ya sitting there for someone to realize. Finally she brought out the rest of the food and did not give my dad what he ordered. Oh and then she still charged my sister for her food even though she said she wouldn’t.

Is anyone else having trouble calling them? Number says it's out of service?

Erin our waitress was fantastic! There were 11 of us with 4 different checks and she did so well keeping up our orders and our requests.

Food was very good. Table server took a while to get our drinks and never asked how the food was. Outside of that no complaints.

Amazing salad bar! Everything was stocked and fresh and delicious. Staff was warm and welcoming and the entree was delicious as well. Great time!

I am not going to be able to rate the food because I am leaving but I have been sitting here and don't even know who my server is. Not even a drink order or so much as a hello. Now that we are standing up and leaving the bartender is asking us who our server is lol. I love Ruby Tuesday back home in the Lehigh Valley in Whitehall, Pa. The food was always amazing but we were literally at the 15 minute mark and leaving before we were even somewhat acknowledged at this location in Lancaster. Off to Outback we go!!!

I love their baby back ribs - tender with tangy sauce that's finger licking good! Absolutely the best in the area.

Nothing exceptional. It's a chain. You get what you'd expect. No issues. Can't knock a chain for delivering mediocrity. Place clean, server attentive, food as pictured.

Great server! Very attentive. Thank you Taylor! Now, regarding the food... I always enjoy the salad bar because it's a healthy option not found in many chain restaurants. And, usually I really enjoyed RT's grilled salmon, however this time the salmon didn't seem to be "grilled", not sure if it was just done in the pan or what.

Well to start never use door dash. Was told 45-60 min was well over an hr and a half, so cold food. Then when placed order it just brought me to a spot to place order and so thinking I did not pay. I paid the doordash driver the amount of the bill. To find out three days later I was charged on my credit card for the same amount I paid the driver. Contacted door dash and they only are willing to give me 29.$ out of 71.42 this is bad business for you as a user or door dash. That takes advantage of some one who is I’m Immune compromi that it took him so long to deliver my foods Recieved it cold yet.

It's actually quiet for a chain restaurant. The food is good and the bartender made great drinks.

Love their medium rare burger. They do it right and the extra crispy fries are good also.

All you can eat salads are the best!

We like RT for consistently good food. It's not haute cuisine, but always good and fresh. The garden bar is always well stocked and the servers are friendly and attentive. We like bringing our daughter here. It's family friendly without being overly kid focused or overly loud and done in "sports bar" decor. We can have a cocktail and the kids can color and eat kid food. It's a decent family restaurant.

Reasonable prices. Good food. Newer decor.

The restaurant is showing its age. The food, and salad bar are good. They will try their best to accommodate any kind of diet you are working on; just ask. Staff are friendly.

My entire dish was overcooked, and my son's pasta was so oily we needed to get napkins to drain it. Food at Ruby Tuesday's is usually excellent. I'm going to chalk this up to the chef having a bad night. Customer service wise they were excellent. I will be back to try it again.

Service was slow, food good. Salad bar yummy. Our server too nice to be at Ruby, she needs to be at a silver service table!!! Over all a good night with the kids.

Service was excellent. Order was taken promptly, food was brought out hot and made to order. Waitress stopped by several times to see if we needed anything. Food was exceptional and above our expectations. We very much enjoy Ruby Tuesday and this evening's meal was a reminder why.

Food was good. The women's bathroom was extremely cold, and the baby changing station was dirty.

Good bartender and very nice servers, but the restaurant smells funky needs a do over, the Fajita Fiesta were horrible.

The server was amazing. It was my husband's birthday and I wanted to treat him to lunch but I am on a pretty strict diet. She was very perceptive to what I was trying to accomplish. It was an amazing meal, as well. The food was insanely good.

Food is not amazing but consistent and good. The garden bar (salad bar) at this location always has a nice variety of fresh toppings. Good for larger groups, they have a wide variety of food choices. Servers are normally quick and friendly.

It wasn't very busy when we went in. It was around 2:00 on a Thursday so I wasn't expecting to see a huge crowd but you could tell the regulars were in. A few of the waitresses were making small talk with their regulars which was nice to see. Food came out quick and hot and the adult beverages were really good as well. My husband and I both enjoyed our meals.

FREE Burger meal on your birthday (Dine-in or Take-out, up to $11). I got the mushroom swiss burger meal. Really big burger and it was free because it was my birthday! Came with free side of fries or tater-tots. Food temperature was perfect. Still hot when I got home. It was really good. Generous places are always the best and they're a little hard to come by in Lancaster, PA but they're out there. I say this because I have lived in two other states before. Midwest and Deep South.

You wonder why its always empty when you drive by? Party of 7 stopped in at 2pm on a Thursday afternoon. I should have known service was going to be deplorable by the fact that it took over 10 minutes to get our sodas and waters. All in all we were there for 85 minutes in a place that was empty for all but 2 other tables. I will absolutely agree that I saw many people walk in, stand there and be ignored and walk out. There are simply better options across the street, one light up..or basically anywhere else. Avoid this place!

We go for the salad bar - they have a nice mix of items that make it unique and enjoyable. The service is usually fine, as well. It's the basic Ruby Tuesday restaurant - nothing really special or unique, other than the salad bar.

Wonderful! I ordered there $5.00 grilled chicken sandwich with potatoes totes special & it was OUTSTANDING! The waitress was extremely nice! I will definitely go back!!! Thank You!
